The Kingdom of God is advancing all over the Earth. I think it is time for many of us in the church, to renew our focus on God’s global harvest and the advancement of Christ Kingdom. The enemies’ strategy is to keep us distracted from our calling to prayer for the Nations, with personal and family problems. As we begin to actively pray for and participate in the advancement of the Kingdom of God in the Earth, our chaotic lives come into His divine order. We will also experience a greater measure of freedom form self-centeredness.

A global harvest of unprecedented proportions is an easy thing for God to accomplish, so we must not let Satan, intimidate us because of the magnitude of the task. We need to refuse to see ourselves as an insignificant part in this harvest.

We must not stay focused on our limitations and those things you can’t do well. This is all about God and he only uses weak vessels. God uses our weakness and total dependence on him as we pray for Gods’ global Kingdom purposes. Prayer is the greatest ministry God has given to his people. One commentator said, that Psalm 2 was written to keep us from being intimidated by the rulers of the world, or the magnitude of the job ahead of us.

 Psalm 2

 Why do the nations rage and the peoples plot in vain?
The kings of the earth set themselves,
and the rulers take counsel together,
against the Lord and against his Anointed, saying,
“Let us burst their bonds apart
and cast away their cords from us.”

 He who sits in the heavens laughs;
the Lord holds them in derision.5 Then he will speak to them in his wrath,
and terrify them in his fury, saying,
 “As for me, I have set my King
on Zion, my holy hill.”
